Use of certain Site services requires the creation of a user account.

Entering accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration is mandatory. The user shall be responsible for any consequences arising from entering incorrect or incomplete information. All correspondence shall be conducted based on the information entered during registration.
The user is responsible for maintaining the security of their username, password, and other account-related information.
The account holder shall bear full responsibility for purchases and actions performed through the user account.
Users are not permitted to sell, rent, assign, or transfer their user accounts to other persons.
Use of a user account on a maximum of three devices is permitted.
The user account is personal and non-transferable, and providing account login information for use by other persons is prohibited.

Site always strives to provide the best descriptions and definitions of books on the website to offer users an easier purchasing experience; however, the site does not guarantee that book descriptions or other materials contained on the website are free of errors.

Each product has specifications and, where designated by Site, a sample of its content for review before purchase. Users are advised to carefully review the product information and the provided sample before purchasing.
Placing an order and making payment constitute the user's acknowledgment that they have reviewed and agreed to the product information, book specifications, table of contents, and provided sample.
Users are required to pay due attention to the book title, files, and information provided with the book before purchasing, as the purchase amount cannot be refunded after the purchase has been completed.

Before finalizing a purchase, the user confirms that:

• They have reviewed the book specifications, descriptions, and table of contents;
• They have reviewed the provided sample of the book, if available;
• They understand that the complete book file is not provided for download outside the service;
• They understand that the book is available for reading through the official platforms of Site;
• They understand that a maximum of 20 pages from each book may be printed;
• They understand that the user account is personal and non-transferable;
• They understand that the user account may be used on a maximum of three devices and that simultaneous use of these devices is permitted;
• They agree to the Terms of Use and Sales Policies;
• They have read and accepted the Privacy Policy of Site;
• And, where legal restrictions relating to refunds of digital products apply, they accept the terms relating to the purchase of digital products in accordance with applicable laws.

Purchasing a book from Site does not constitute the purchase or transfer of ownership of the electronic book file to the user; rather, the user is granted a personal and non-transferable right to access and read the book through the Site service.

The user's access to the purchased book is unlimited in duration, and the purchased book will remain available to the user as long as the user account and the relevant service remain active.
Books purchased by the user will not ordinarily be removed from their account.
Access to the book is provided through the official infrastructure and software of Site, and the user has no right to extract, obtain, or transfer the complete book outside the service.

Books may only be read through the official platforms of Site. Reading books using other devices and software that are not supported by Site is not possible.

The user may use their account on a maximum of three devices.
Site may change or update the supported operating systems, software versions, or devices in the future.

To protect the rights of authors, translators, publishers, and holders of the material and intellectual property rights of works, use of book content is permitted only within the framework of these terms.

Obtaining or downloading the complete book file outside the Site service is not possible.
Saving or extracting the complete book, by any method, is prohibited.
Copying all or a substantial portion of the book content is prohibited.
Saving or extracting images, pages, text, or other elements of the book for use outside the service is prohibited.
Sharing, publishing, selling, renting, assigning, transferring, or offering book content, in whole or in part, is prohibited.
Reproduction, translation, adaptation, republication, or any commercial use of book content without the permission of the relevant rights holder is prohibited.
Attempting to circumvent the security mechanisms, technical restrictions, or content protection systems of Site is prohibited.

Due to the digital nature of the services and in order to protect the rights of authors and publishers, complete printing of a book is not possible.

The user is permitted to print a maximum of 20 pages from each purchased book.
Printing more than 20 pages from any book, whether through direct printing or by using technical methods to circumvent printing restrictions, is prohibited.
Creating a PDF or other digital files through virtual printing or similar tools is prohibited if doing so results in the creation of a copy outside the service.

The purchased right of access is solely for the user's personal use.

The user may not assign their access to the book to another person.
Selling, renting, transferring, sharing, or providing the user account or its login information to other persons is prohibited.
Using an account to provide unauthorized access to multiple persons, sell access, or provide public access to others is prohibited.

The price of each product is displayed on the relevant product page.

The user is required to review the final order amount and other purchase-related information before making payment.
Online payments are made through payment gateways and payment methods approved by Site.
The terms and conditions of the payment service provider may also apply during the payment process and transactions.

Since the product provided is digital in nature and the user has the opportunity to review the specifications, table of contents, and book sample before purchasing, the order amount is non-refundable after purchase.

Problems arising from the user's device, unsupported operating system, internet connection, use of unauthorized software, or failure to comply with the technical requirements announced by Site shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

The user undertakes to use the services of Site lawfully and in accordance with these terms. The following are prohibited:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts;
• Attempting to obtain other users' personal information;
• Misusing users' information or disclosing their personal information;
• Attempting to infiltrate or compromise the security of the service;
• Attempting to extract, copy, or unlawfully publish book content;
• Attempting to circumvent technical or security restrictions or device limits;
• Disrupting the operation of the service;
• Attempting to block or disrupt other users' access to the service;
• Using automated methods or unauthorized tools to extract content;
• Selling or assigning a user account;
• Any activity contrary to applicable laws.

In the event of observing or establishing a violation, Site may, in accordance with these terms and applicable laws, restrict or suspend the user's access.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password.

The user must not provide their login information to others.
If the user becomes aware of unauthorized access or a possibility of misuse of the account, they must notify Site as soon as possible.
Site has the right to take necessary security measures to protect the security of the service in the event of suspicious activity, including requesting identity verification, temporarily restricting access, or changing the password.

Site may provide the option for users to submit reviews and opinions on product pages.

The purpose of the review section is to facilitate constructive discussion about books and news and information related to the site, and to help improve the user experience. Reviews must be relevant, respectful, and compliant with applicable laws.
The following may not be approved or published:

• Any advertisements;
• Telephone numbers, email addresses, and other personal contact information;
• Usernames of individuals on social networks or messaging applications;
• Profane or offensive language;
• Insults or defamation against individuals;
• Offensive or disrespectful content concerning authors, translators, or publishers;
• Content contrary to applicable laws;
• Content contrary to applicable customs and regulations;
• Links to other websites;
• Requests or invitations to engage in discussions outside the framework of the review section;
• Reviews unrelated to the book or product;
• Content that endangers the security or privacy of users.

Site has the right not to publish or to remove reviews that do not comply with these terms.

When the user uses the services of Site, registers on the website, or communicates with Site by email, communications are conducted electronically.

The user agrees that Site, where necessary and within the framework of applicable laws, may send responses to requests by email.
The email address registered by the user in their account is considered one of the primary means of communication with the user, and the user is responsible for ensuring its accuracy and keeping it up to date.
The user is responsible for reviewing emails sent to the address registered in their account.

Site strives to provide services with appropriate quality and availability to users, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted and error-free service operation at all times.

Under no circumstances shall Site be responsible for delays, disruptions, or temporary unavailability of the website or services arising from factors beyond its reasonable control, including:

• Natural factors;
• Natural disasters and accidents;
• Internet outages or disruptions;
• Disruptions in telecommunications networks;
• Failure of computer equipment or servers;
• Data center disruptions;
• Infrastructure problems of service providers;
• Cyberattacks and security incidents beyond reasonable control;
• Governmental actions or legal restrictions;
• Other factors beyond the reasonable control of Site.

Site will, where possible, endeavor to resolve disruptions that arise within the shortest reasonable time.

In the event of a violation of these terms, misuse of the services, attempts to breach security, unauthorized sharing of accounts or book content, or engagement in unlawful activities, Site may, in compliance with applicable laws, suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the user account.

In emergencies where continued account activity may endanger the security of the service, the rights of rights holders, or other users, such action may be taken without prior notice.

Site has the right to amend, change, or supplement these terms whenever necessary to improve services or due to changes in business conditions or technical, security, or legal requirements.

The updated version of the Terms of Use will be published through the website, and the date of the latest update will be stated at the beginning of the document.
The user's continued use of the website and services after the publication of changes shall constitute acceptance of the updated version of the terms, to the extent legally permitted.

Site may change, update, or modify certain features, the user interface, software, and methods of providing services to improve service quality, security, performance, or compatibility with operating systems.
